Size of the product can be exchanged incase of any size issue. We don't have any return or refund policy.
To be eligible for an exchange, your product must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with attached tags, and in its original packaging. The receipt (bill) or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and issues.
We are very particular about our product & product detailing, each product goes through quality checks at every point. Inspite of that, in case the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product, you can contact us at help@colorboxindia.com or whatsapp on +91-7976-176-506 so that we can evaluate the issue and take the necessary action.
Non-exchangable items.
All products which are made to order or are customized are not eligible for exchange. If you still have a query regarding that, you can reach us at help@colorboxindia.com
Any product bought in sale, at a discount, or with a coupon or gift voucher is non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
Please go through the size chart carefully before check-out.
Exchanges.
Exchange will only be available in the form of size exchange. No product will be exchanged in return of other product. Before you initiate an Exchange request, do check the below points:
-> if the tassel is pulled - you can get it fixed easily.
-> Zipper or button can be fixed at your end.
-> Exchange for a bigger size- Just get it altered as there is enough margin inside.
-> One side of the shipping will be borne by the customer.
Only products that are not used, are unworn, not washed, not damaged and whose tags and labels are entirely intact, in the original packaging are entitled to be exchanged.
Please ensure that you mention your name, address, contact details and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
Exchange is not accepted if customer does not like the material or color of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering.
There maybe little variations in color, finish and overall look. The colors you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be allowed.
A little color difference may be there depending on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on our website as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.
Exchange is not accepted if the product has been washed and worn.
For exchanging the product, the shipping charge when you ship the parcel to us will be borne by you (the customer).
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not.
Cancellation.
In the case of Cash on Delivery order, you may request the cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. Please call us on +91-7976-176-506, or write us at help@colorboxindia.com to request for the cancellation. Cancellation directly through the website is not possible.

Estimated Delivery Time.
Estimated delivery time of the products is 5 to 12 working days. We know how excited you are about your order, keeping that in mind, we make continuous efforts to ship the orders as soon as possible. We ship six days a week.
Please note: During festive season, bad weather conditions or political crises, your order might get delayed depending on our courier service partner. We do our best we can to deliver your products to you as early as possible. Any delay in this scenario is unintentional, we appreciate your co-operation.
